The Learning Thinker - Andrew Hart


Introducing our Founder

Andrew is a passionate and committed learning and development professional.


Known as The Learning Thinker,  Andrew is an accomplished and commercially focused learning and development business partner and executive leader. He has a strong background in education and training, in both the public and private sectors. 

Andrew has worked as a consultant, teacher, trainer and manager across 30 years of business experience.

Andrew has implemented whole of business learning programs, by providing consultative service to embed experiential development programs. He is passionate about organisational development and the employee experience. Learning, engagement and safety programs Andrew has designed and implemented have delivered outstanding results. The impacts are felt at the level of the employee; as well commercially, by sourcing the funding available to achieve cost-effective results.

Andrew is very passionate about professional development. He maintains and enhances his professional practice through association memberships, networking and actively participating on a Board and various Committees. Andrew is currently a Board Member of the Australian Institute of Training & Development, serving as Treasurer.

With tertiary qualifications in education and business management, Andrew is a pragmatic, authentic, resilient and visible leader with a customer service orientation and adaptive leadership style. He enjoys working collaboratively with his clients to solve business problems, through which he supports the building of organisational capability and improvements to business performance.
